Family Systems Support + Virtual Postpartum Support
For the high-effort family that needs someone who understands the whole picture - not just the task, but the weight behind them.
What I know about you:
You're not falling apart. You're actually handling it all. But the truth is, handling it all is exhausting, + somewhere between the feeding schedule, meal planning, appointments, the mental load of remembering everything for everyone - it is easy to lose yourself in the logistics of life's transitions.

You don't need another person to tell you that you are doing a great job. What you need is someone to take something off your plate.

That's what I do.

As a full spectrum doula, holistic hormonal lifecyle educator, and a high effort mom myself. I know this life from the inside out. Ive breathed this life for almost 20 years. The research rabbit holes at 2am. The invisible work nobody tracks. The neverending to do lists. The postpartum season that lasts longer than anyone tells you.

I created these virtual support services because everyone isnt in local to me here in the Queen City. + truthfully every family deserves this kind of support, wherever they are.
You're doing everything. You need somone wo actually gets what that means.
Virtual postpartum + family support for the high-effort mom who's ready to stop carrying it all alone.

What We're Doing Together
This isn't a task service. This is a thinking + planning partnership with someone who understands the fourth trimester, the family transition, and the specific weight of being the person who keeps track of everything.

I bring my doula training + lived experiences to every meal plan, every logistics map, and every task I handle for your family.

What To Expect When We Work Together

A few things worth knowing before you book:

I respond Monday -Friday. Not on the weekends, not after hours. I hold those boundaries so I can show up full during the week - and I expect you to hold yours too.

This is async-first. Most of our communication happens through Voice-Note/Voxer voice notes or email, not back-and-forth texting. It works better for both of us when you're holding a baby + Im managing tasks.

Tasks have a scope. For Ongoing Support + The Full System, you get up to 3 tasks per week. A task is something that takes about 15-30 minutes on my end. If something is bigger than that, Ill tell you upfront + we'll figure it out.

I'm selective. I keep my client loads small on purpose. When I take on you + your beautiful family, I'm fully invested + payingt attention to your family. Thats the whole point of this service.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I have to be postpartum to work with you?

No. The Ongoing Support + Full System Container are also for high-effort families with multiple kids, kids under 3 who need household support + logistics help. If your youngest is 18 months + you're drowning in the mental load, this is still for you.

What if I'm not local to Charlotte?

This service is 100% virtual. I work with families anywhere.

How is this different from a regular virtual assistant?

A VA handles administrative tasks. I handle your families life with the context of someone who has studied what this season actual does to a person - physically, emotionally + practically. The meal plans I write are postpartum-informed. The resources I find are vetted through a doula lens, expertise + experience. Thats the difference.

What communcation plateform do we use?

Voicenotes, Voxer or email, your choice. Most clients prefer Voxer/Voicenotes because its faster than typying when you have a baby on your hip.
Can I start with The Foundation + move to Ongoing?
Yes. Thats actually the natural progression for alot of my families.
How many clients do you take at once?
I keep my client load intentionally small so every family gets real attention. Space on my calendar is limited.
