WHAT'S INCLUDED

Day Support

I come to your home + I take what's heavy off the list.  Newborn care, breastfeeding support, nap shifts, light meal prep, sibling support, errands, your laundry, your tea, your back rub if you want one.

 

Overnight Support

Available in the 50- hour package.  I come at bedtime, I take baby duty so you can sleep in real stretches, I hand baby back in the morning.

 

Lactation Support

Latch, position, supply concerns, pumping, weaning.  I'm not an IBCLC, but I'll know when you need one + I'll help you find the right one.

Emotional + Nervous System Support

Postpartum is a hormonal cliff.  I sit with you through it.  I notice when something is more than baby blues.  I get you the right support.

 

Closing of the Bones option

Atraditional postpartum closing ritual, available as an add-on for any package.  Held in your home.​​​​​

Bridging the Gap

For families who want consistent support through the first weeks 

A traditional approach to postpartum care provided during those few weeks post delivery.  Starting with a 20 hour min, this package is perfect if you need to bridge support after baby arrives.  Additional hours up to 10 total can be added at $36/hr.

In- person postpartum visits may include but are not limited to: feeding support, newborn care, sibling care, light housework, meal preparation, running errands and more.  Time can be spread to cover the first 3 months post delivery. A minimum of 4 hours per shift is required (daytime). A minimum of 8 hours per shift is required (nighttime).   

  • 1 virtual postpartum planning session to discuss and create your postpartum plan (this is typically done during the 3rd trimester)

  • 20 hours of in person post-birth support

  • Add-on hours up to 10 can be added at $36/hr

Restoration

For families who want substantial coverage including overnights

Postpartum support created to flow with your families growing needs. Whether you need support with big brother/sister during the last few weeks prior to delivery, those first couple of days home or even support during those first 3-6 months post delivery this package provides a solid start with a 50 hour min. .  This package is perfect if you need a few different types of support and gives flexibility to bridge support after baby arrives.  Additional hours can be added at $36/hr

A traditional postpartum closing ritual rooted in African + Moroccan mid-wifery practice. Used to close the energetic + physical body after birth. Available as an add-on for any postpartum package or as a standalone offering.
