Birth Support

Steady, present, prepared.

Continuous labor support, up to three prenatal visits, postpartum follow-up, + a doula who has been in the room 207 times + counting.  Hospital or birth center.

Postpartum Support

20-hour and 50-hour packages, four-hour minimum visit blocks (daytime), real rest while someone supports.  Day or overnight.  The Greater Charlotte area.

A monthly retainer model for a small number of local families.  Household rhythm, family systems, the quiet infrastructure of a home that runs well.  In- person Charlotte, with select virtual aspects.

I came into this work the long way.  Power Vinyasa teacher, prenatal training, my own birth story that nobody really witnessed the way I needed.  After Khyra was born I was home for 7 days before we ended up in a the hospital for 14, ten of those with her in the NICU.

That's where this started.  Not the certifications, or the credentials.  The moment I realized I could be the person that I never had.

​

I am a Full Spectrum Doula + Holistic Hormonal Lifecycle Educator.  207 supported births + counting.  Charlotte based.

Trained specialist.  Picked up from your birthing location, encapsulated + delivered back to you within 72 hours of pickup.

Spinning Babies Birth Preparation

A class to prepare parents for labor.  Optimal fetal positioning, body balancing + what to do if labor stalls.

Closing of the Bones 

A traditional postpartum closing ritual rooted in African + Moroccan mid-wifery practice. Used to close the energetic + physical body after birth. Available as an add-on for any postpartum package or as a standalone offering.
